Austin Gold Project
Strategic Project Location
The Austin Gold Project covers approximately 175 square kilometres in the renowned Tuckabianna and Mt Magnet greenstone belts, positioned 45 km north of Mt Magnet in the heart of the prolific Murchison gold mining district. The Murchison Province has historically produced more than 17 million ounces of gold and continues to deliver significant resources and discoveries, with active exploration by companies such as Musgrave Minerals. The project enjoys excellent regional infrastructure, lying within 50 km of two operating mills owned by Ramelius Resources and Westgold Resources, and directly adjacent to the Great Northern Highway. This provides strategic optionality for potential future development.

Tenure and Prospectivity
Centred on the Mt Sandy mining licence and supported by three surrounding exploration licences and a prospecting licence, the Austin Gold Project represents a largely underexplored landholding in a tier-one mining district. Despite being privately held for more than two decades, modern exploration has been limited across the package. Nevertheless, widespread alluvial and hard rock gold has been recovered from surface exposures by prospectors, and historical shallow drilling has intersected significant gold mineralisation that remains open and underexplored.
Exploration Results
Recent reverse circulation drilling has intersected multiple shallow, high-grade gold zones at Mt Sandy, extending the strike of mineralisation to approximately one kilometre, with mineralisation remaining open in all directions.
Standout results include:
- 5.0m @ 4.4 g/t Au from 64m, including 1.0m @ 10.7 g/t Au
- 4.0m @ 4.4 g/t Au from 36m, including 2.0m @ 6.0 g/t Au
- 3.0m @ 3.1 g/t Au from 29m, including 1.0m @ 8.3 g/t Au
a compelling growth opportunity for investors, as follow-up drilling These results demonstrate both grade and scale, with further soil geochemistry defining an untested anomaly extending over five kilometres in strike and up to two kilometres in width to the northeast of Mt Sandy. This represents will test the potential for a much larger gold system across the broader project.
Next Step
Austin Metals is committed to advancing the Austin Gold Project through a systematic exploration strategy. Ongoing programs are designed to extend known high-grade zones and evaluate new targets across the broader project area. Work will include further drilling, ground geophysics and geochemical surveys, aimed at refining the geological model and unlocking additional mineralised trends. With excellent regional infrastructure and proximity to established processing facilities, the Austin Gold Project is well positioned to deliver long-term value. As exploration continues, the project offers strong leverage to discovery success and the potential to develop into a new high-grade gold camp in the Murchison.
