Michael Moore
Managing Director

Mr Moore is a Mining Engineer from the Camborne School of Mines with over 20 years of operational and executive management experience across a diverse range of commodities in Australia, Indonesia, West Africa and Europe. He currently serves as Chairman of First Development Resources Plc (AIM:FDR) and has previously served as Managing Director for Golden State Mining Ltd (ASX:GSM) and as Non-Executive Director of Variscan Mines Ltd (ASX:VAR). Mr Moore is member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Gary Harvey
Non-Executive Director

Mr Harvey has 30 years’ experience in the Australian mining industry, most notably in gold, copper and nickel exploration, and has held project and management roles in addition to directorships. He has been a member of successful teams across all stages of the exploration and development cycle, from grass-roots exploration and near-mine evaluation through to resource definition and small-scale mining projects throughout Western Australia.

Darren White
Non-Executive Director

Mr. White is a highly respected Western Australian businessman with over 30 years of experience in mining operations, specialising in the critical areas of drilling and blasting. As the Company’s major shareholder, Mr White has been instrumental in guiding the strategic direction and operational management of the Austin Gold Project.

Sonu Cheema
Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary

Mr. Cheema has extensive experience working with public and private companies in Australia and abroad. He specialises in the completion and preparation of management and ASX financial reports, investor relations, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and management of capital raising activities. Mr Cheema holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting from Curtin University, and is a CPA member.
